Here are the Open AI Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Use Case Guidelines.

Any violation of the rules will end in termination of your Open AI account whether or not it was provided by us or directly through Open AI application process, and elimination from the hackathon.

  • All of Devpost terms and privacy policy also apply
  • You must use original code in all of your submissions 
  • Be nice!!! We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes the following.
  • For those who do not yet have access to open AI can apply though us. If you are approved you will get access before the hack to get a feel for it. However, if you do not participate in the hack the account will be canceled. 

All are welcome who are passionate about tacking AI to the next level.  All events will be held online, so please make sure you have a device that allows you to engage and collaborate effectively with other participants.

Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone.  We follow the Hack Code of Conduct and do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form to any one period!
Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon at the discretion of the hackathon organizers.
